My fitness journey with Branko started 3 ½ years ago with a small group of women training two days a week. Very soon after, we were training four days a week. Today this same group is still going strong embracing all of the benefits and improved physical performance. I credit my success and endurance to Branko’s training approach.
He has exceptional knowledge of strength training, nutrition, keeps you motivated, never does the same workout twice, knows your limitations and frequently introduces new exercises. Without hesitation he can personalize workouts for individuals that require alternate exercise routines. I recently had a total knee replacement and with Branko’s help I was back at the gym within three weeks on a modified program. He is continuously watching my progress and adjust my workouts accordingly.
With his guidance and exceptional understanding of fitness he has taught me proper technique, endurance, helped me to set and reach my fitness goals and embrace what is now become part of my lifestyle.
