Sport Specific Training

Sport Specific Training is a method of fitness and performance training focused on implementing exercises that target the improvement of performance in a specific sport. It emphasizes drills and exercises that directly mimic the movement and actions used in that sport, building strength, agility and speed specific to the athlete’s chosen field.

Our trainer will design your exercises and program in general taking into consideration you, as an individual athlete and your specific abilities and areas that need corrected or improved.

Sport Specific Training

Muscle imbalances are always addressed in your initial session and worked on throughout your training program in addition to base line conditioning and sport specific exercises. By doing so, we make sure our athletes are well prepared to take on any challenge and their progress is consistent with the level of their sport.

With team training, our trainers assess the individual athlete as well as the strength of the team working together. Our trainers can modify a team program to address the specific concerns of an individual who needs more assistance or challenge those that need an extra push or more focus. Every athlete is built differently and uniquely, which is why they are so great at what they do.

Our trainers recognize this and cater to their strengths while working on their imbalances/weaknesses so they can contribute 100% to the success of their team.

We provide private training services to athletes 1-1, semi-private and team/group sessions. Alongside training we offer the use of our mobility corner for warm up/cool down and our recovery room for contrast therapy.

We believe sport is a mental game as much as it is physical. Having a trainer who can strengthen a young athletes’ mindset while physically strengthening their game is critical to the success of that athlete and will determine how far their career will go.
