Everyone has unique needs and goals when it comes to Personal Training. We take your goals seriously and track your progress to make sure you’re hitting your short-term goals, which paves the way to achieving your long-term goals! Our trainers develop individualized workouts just for you and your unique background, no two programs or workouts are the same. Our trainers are skilled at adjusting your workouts on the go, as needed, as experiencing varying levels of energy and unexpected changes in how your body feels session to session is a common and expected thing.

Sport Specific Training

Energy is contagious! In each session you can expect to be met with positive energy and a motivational vibe that will increase in each phase of your training. A functional warm up to prepare you body for exercise can include cardio drills, mobility exercises and functional patterns at a lower intensity to mimic movements you will be doing in the main workout. For your main workout, you can expect exercise demonstrations by your trainer to show you how to perform each exercise with correct form and provide feedback, corrections and modifications on your form throughout the workout. This will ensure you’re targeting the correct muscles in a safe an effective way. The use of resistance machines, bands, free weights, cardio drills, sport specific movements and body weight exercises are implemented here depending on your specific goals and what you are trying to achieve.

Each session with your trainer can be used as an educational resource to learn more about your physical body, it’s movement patterns and the reasons behind the exercises they have chosen for you. We love sharing our knowledge and encourage your curiosity and willingness to learn! You will be pushed to try things you never though possible and discover the depth of your strengths. Alongside an energy charged session, your trainer will be tracking your progress every step of the way. This allows them to provide a constant challenge, increasing the intensity when needed and taking you to the next level of your training plan.

Do you have a training partner with similar goals? Try semi-private training! You can except the same level of attentiveness as a 1-1 session but with the added motivation of having your training partner working right beside you.
