I have had the pleasure and benefit of being Danna’s client since 2008. I started my fitness journey with the goal of losing weight for a friends wedding. Danna helped me to achieve this goal, and while doing so, educated me on the importance of physical activity and nutrition. I started to feel better than I had ever felt, and it stuck! I lost 75lbs by my friends wedding, and a total of 87lbs, 29% body fat, 14.5 inches from my waist and 9 inches from my hips. Years later we still train together, and I attribute this to the fact that Danna is flexible, supportive and doesn’t judge. Where she once ran beside me in a half marathon, she now provides extra mobility and stretching. Alongside in-person training, I do online training with Danna when I am away for work for extended periods of time. This allows me to access the workouts she designs for me over a fitness app and utilize the equipment I have available. This helps me stay consistent with my strength, cardio and mobility sessions and feel energized and motivated while in a different environment. Danna’s ability to monitor and adapt to her client’s changing goals is amazing. I don’t hesitate to recommend Danna to anyone looking for a great trainer.
