I first started training with Branko about 10 years ago. At that time, I weighed 140kg’s and with his help I lost 20kgs. We trained together and he advised me about nutrition and healthy eating habits. Unfortunately, due to some private problems I had to stop and in no time, I went back to my old unhealthy habits. The weight started to pile back up and I gained it all back, even more. I got to the stage where I weighed 154-155kg’s. I carried that weight around for about 7-8 years.
I’m a tattoo artist and my job requires a lot of sitting, leaning for long periods of time. Because of that and the extra weight I started having serious back problems. Few years ago, it got to the point where I had to get it seriously treated for 3 months and that’s when I decided I had to do something about it. But when it finally got better, I went back to the old ways again. All up until 2 years ago when it started affecting both of my legs on top of the back pain. That was the breaking point. I decided to start training again knowing that I’m getting older (almost 40yrs old at that time) and it’ll only get harder to get back in shape.
Life took Branko and I separate places. He was living in Dubai at the time and I moved to Germany. I asked him for help knowing that first time around I had great results. He knew about my back problems because we stayed in touch this whole time and we decided to start online training. When I came back from my holidays, we started it up slowly. At that point I weighed 152kg’s.
As the time was passing, I was loosing more and more weight. I liked that within these few months of doing online training with him he always posted different workouts, exercises so it was fun to keep going back to the gym. I slowly seeing it becoming a part of my day-to-day routine. I started enjoying the gym.
I go to the gym on average 3-4 x week and the progress after 4-5 months is very visible. I get more motivation each time I look at myself in the mirror. I got down to 125kg’s and my goal is to get it down to 115. For my 195cm’s that weight would be ideal.
I train everyday to the fullest of my capabilities because I am result driven and with all of the weight loss and strength gain my back problems have completely disappeared! I am extremely satisfied because I mainly started to train again because of my health.
