I have been doing personal training with Danna since 2014. It all started after I injured my knee, and she was fantastic in helping me recover. We worked out in person 3x/ week combining strength training, cardio intervals and exercises to help improve the stability of my knee. I continued working out with her to get back in shape. Her support with nutrition was also invaluable, greatly enhancing my strength and fitness. I saw an increase in muscle mass, decrease in body fat and inches lost. My energy also increased allowing me to workout more efficiently and take up jogging.
We ran together outside at least once/week and even ran races together, which was a great experience. When Danna relocated, we continued training online 3-5x/week. I still see progress thanks to her guidance, which I love. She designs programs specific for me and my goals over a fitness app which guides me through the exercises, intensity and weights. We still focus a lot on strength training, and she has dedicated a big portion of my fitness routine to mobility training. This keeps my joints feeling more mobile and flexible and injuries at bay. She continues to focus on every detail.
