Danna has been a great trainer to work with. I have been training with her since 2020. Over those years she has really helped me to focus on how I exercise. She has educated me on form and why it is so important. I now understand that doing my workout quickly is not always the most efficient way. Small changes have helped me to build strength and reduce injury. Danna has created workouts for me, in person and online, to help me through a knee and a back injury and to maintain my fitness in general. She adjusts the workouts to accommodate how I feel at that time and focuses on strengthening and stabilizing my knee and surrounding muscles while mobilizing my back to help me feel stronger and in less pain. Danna helps you accomplish what you thought you couldn’t do.
