GRAYDON AINSWORTH – PROFESSIONAL VOLLEBALL PLAYER

My name is Graydon Ainsworth, I am a professional volleyball player and I have worked with Branko Zilli for 5 years.  I first started working with him after my second year of university.  Branko has been an essential asset to building my professional career.  It was not until my training with him that I really started to understand the essentials for training my body type and reaching its physical potential.   I have now been playing two years of professional volleyball in the Italian A- League.  I also train with Branko every summer to help repair my body after a hard season.  Each time I train with him he not only repairs my body but makes it stronger and more prepared for the upcoming season.  Without Branko’s guidance and expertise I don’t think I would have been as prepared for the first year of my professional career; or come as far as I have as a Professional Athlete.
