As my wife, Rachel, and I moved into our 80s and life naturally changed, it made us realize the goals which we set in our youth and adult life have been to a great extent, totally met. Entering into this new stage required some thought and change, and the change which we had was taking on a trainer in order to preserve a healthy life. As we discovered, it was a large task and we went through two trainers which did not impress us. At that time in 2022, I was not satisfied. By a stroke of luck my wife and I started training with Danna, separately. I did not want to train but gave it my last shot. We trained with Danna for over a year and switched over to train with Branko when Danna went on maternity leave. We both maintain training twice a week now and here we are today becoming the best version of ourselves in our 80s. Nutrition also played a big role in the improvement of our health and Danna worked with Rachel in our home to create and implement a nutrition plan to follow weekly. I come from a business background where one always tries to better themselves. This principal always worked for the 40 years that I applied it now surprisingly for a person who did not want to workout looks forward to my twice a week sessions. This is what I call the best version of yourself.
